We constantly, consciously get enthralled in our own cognition; losing sight of our core and our character's desired destination. Try to clear your mind of all your burdensome thoughts, then make an effort to look at the person that's left; that's who you want to be deep down, when all else is by the wayside.
I feel that too many of us in society that I speak with, are drifting away from this. I can admit that, I too, am consciously drifting away from myself, although I'm willing to, for the remaining time I have in the Air Force. I accept that a large aspect of my character, my entrepreneurial thoughts, app ideas, and investing aspirations must be put on hold while I'm on active duty. However, I am referring to the individuals that possess the freedom and fluidity to be working on their true innate ingrained passions, yet turn a blind eye. Those that see the environment being tarnished daily, and justify to themselves that they recycle, but why should they pick up someone else's tumbleweed garbage? Because if you don't, who else will? You are able, you are there, you had the thought, don't ignore it.
We all deserve moments where we forget to think, these are the times we drift to who we really are.
Each of us pacifies our mind with different means, sports, music, women, hobbies, or a vice. I would simply ask that we realize what it is we're mentally avoiding, the bullshit of life, why we're avoiding it, and what might that mental energy be better suited towards. Whether it's a Martin Lawrence woo-sah moment from Bad Boys ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S-JEcCkFJho ) or something more productive, focus it towards your purpose.
My purpose is to be an Airman, Soccer player, Investor, Thinker, Son to my ailing parents, one day possibly an author, and after all this I'm simply a man trying to improve society and collective cognition/experiences. We have to realize our purpose before we can work towards anything. I hope you rediscover yours.
So I've been thinking that I think too much, and this post was inspired by the phrase "At least I didn't think for a while" in a song by EDEN called End Credits.. It's here and good too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0pVABElms84
And if you're thinking of investing in stocks at all and have any questions about the process, who to go through, what to expect, or anything, go here to contact me .. And it doesn't even have to be anything related to my equity timing service based on technicals, but if you want to help your future you don't have to, but you can find out about that here.
But here's some amazing thinking music listed below, check it out.
